How to read this. “Up %” comes from a hand-weighted rules score (50% technical, 30% fundamental, 20% news). It is not a statistical probability and has not been proven to predict returns. The VEXA Score (1–100) is a rescaling of the same rules score; 50 is neutral. Neither number says whether a stock will beat the S&P 500; that is what Alpha Finder studies.
