These terms apply when you use VEXA, a website run by the operator of VEXA ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Education only, not advice

VEXA provides educational and informational research tools only. Scores, rankings, estimates, backtests and forecasts may be inaccurate. No stock is guaranteed to outperform the S&P 500. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and historical simulations are not actual trading results. VEXA does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the site is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before making investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any losses.

2. Data and accuracy

Prices, fundamentals and news come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Rankings use only the stocks listed on the Alpha Finder page, which are today's index members, so historical tests suffer from survivorship bias. We do not promise that any data or result is correct or complete.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give a real email address that you control.
• Keep your password private and use one that you do not use elsewhere. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not: attempt to break, probe or overload the site; bypass rate limits or access controls; scrape the site or use it to build a competing data service; use automated tools to create accounts; upload malicious content; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit, suspend or remove accounts that do.

5. Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or end any feature at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.

6. Intellectual property

The VEXA software, design and text belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal learning. Third-party market data and news belong to their owners and are subject to their terms.

7. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages, arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of VEXA is based, and disputes go to the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
